🌐 Issue: Language Switch (Conceptual Foundation)

Goal:
Lay the groundwork for multi-language support by ensuring all text in the system is externalized and ready for a language switch mechanism (e.g. MUI standards).

Concept:

• All text strings must be stored in a single source of truth (dictionary/locale files).
• Widgets, dashboards, and controls consume text only through this layer.
• The system should be able to dynamically switch between languages without breaking layouts.
• Use MUI i18n conventions (or equivalent) for structure and future-proofing.

Why this matters:

• Unlocks global usability.
• Keeps product compliant with accessibility + international standards.
• Avoids hard-coded strings that would block future growth.

Acceptance Criteria (conceptual for now):

• No hard-coded user-facing text in components.
• Simple dictionary/locale structure defined.
• Configurable lang setting at org level.
• Clear path to wire in MUI’s i18n system later.
