Summary

Track the updated Hugging Face card in the datasets repository.
Explain all 6,089 records, current public reconstruction, historical split labels and exact source links.
Correct permission evidence wording and document the 12 outstanding sources / 2,759 rows.
Add reproducible build/verification commands and contribution links.

Verification

Hugging Face DatasetCard validation passed; both viewer configurations preserved.
Hugging Face publication changes README.md only.
