CI: pnpm 11 ignores onlyBuiltDependencies from all supported locations #24

pnpm 11 introduced a build-script approval gate (ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS) for esbuild/puppeteer/sharp. Tried onlyBuiltDependencies in package.json's pnpm field (deprecated warning), pnpm-workspace.yaml (onlyBuiltDependencies?.sort is not a function crash from pnpm/action-setup@v4), and .npmrc array + comma syntax — still ignored at install time.

Needs either: pin pnpm/action-setup to a version compatible with pnpm 11's config format, or add an explicit 'pnpm approve-builds --yes' step in ci.yml before install, or downgrade to pnpm 10 pending an action-setup fix.

Not blocking — CI failure predates this and is unrelated to application code.
