Agents panel: the app's own workers don't count as agents working, and rows stay put - #124

…d rows stay put (#99) The permuter holds a claim for half an hour, and claims outlive a stopped helper and a restart, so the header said "1 agent working" with every helper stopped. Claims by the app's own workers (autopilot, permuter, decompdecomp, and a room host's, named with "@") are no longer counted. Helpers go between waiting and working all the time, and sorting by state swapped their rows on every poll: they now sort decompiling before polishing, live before ended, then by name. Closes #99.
"1 agent working" with no agent running. The permuter claims a function for half an hour, and claims live in the database, so after every helper stopped (and after a restart) the header still counted the permuter's claim as an outside agent.
workingAgents()(static/js/project.js) now leaves out the app's own workers: autopilot, permuter, decompdecomp, and a room host's (@in front). Another computer's helper in a room still counts.Rows swapping places.
renderSessions()(static/js/agents.js) sorted by state, and helpers go between waiting and working all the time, so rows jumped on every poll. They now sort decompiling before polishing, running before ended, then by name: only starting or stopping a helper moves it.GUI only, so it's the same on every console and mode.
