Testing packaging with Test PyPI to test that jupyter notebooks can be run from within the examples folder (not possible at the moment); might also need to reconfigure imports for testing once packaged

Have moved the 'workflow' function to its own module that isn't imported in the testing workaround context.py - because this workaround essentially just changes to the package directory and then works from in there, the from . import xyz raised errors because it didn't recognise the folder as a package. Just keeping it to it's own folder seems like the tidiest and simplest way of working around this (without importing stuff from within a function or something) - 875c851

Just putting this here to keep it safe-

Order of actions for releasing package

1. Update github repo w/numbers
2. Generate package on zenodo, archived and available
3. Generate python package archive
4. Update documentation
5. Update Readme with the links

Zenodo has a "cite all version" option so that README isn't out of date.

Possible useful to-do - to get around the links in README being out of date when it's pulled as the "long description" for the python package, will create a separate "Package description" that will be pulled here, without said out of date links...
