This adds a geometry tutorial notebook in the examples and a new page on the website under the tutorial section. It shows how to set a geometry with numpy arrays, functions and the Shape class.
This PR also fixes a small issue with the website where there was a small clickable stripe between two images in the regions and plot_field tutorials.
