Refreshes python/conda-linux-64.lock before tagging v3.0.0, as the README asks for every release (#14 introduced
the lock on 2026-10-01).

Resolved today with python/lock.sh, 16 of 161 packages moved:

package before after
python, cpython, libpython, python-gil 3.14.7 3.14.8
openssl 3.6.4 3.6.5
python-tzdata, pytz 2026.4 2026.5
libharfbuzz 14.5.0 14.6.0
markupsafe 3.0.3 3.0.4
narwhals 2.26.0 2.27.0
libedit 3.1.20250104 3.1.20260512
libgdal-core, libhwy, libjxl, libsqlite, sqlite rebuilds, same version

pandas, geopandas and movingpandas are unchanged; environment.yml is unchanged (same md5 in the lock header).

Verified locally:

  • python tests from the new lock: 18, OK
  • App images built from the new lock reproduce every golden CSV pair and round-trip pin (no diff in test/)
  • docker buildx bake -f test/docker-bake.hcl test: coherence 5x ok, testthat PASS 56, round trip 12 cases as pinned

The lock was resolved on 2026-10-01; resolved today, 16 packages
moved: patch releases of python (3.14.8), openssl (3.6.5) and the
timezone data the translator converts with (tzdata/pytz 2026.5),
plus a few rebuilds. pandas, geopandas and movingpandas are
unchanged, and the App images built from the new lock reproduce
every golden and round-trip pin.
