This makes it work correctly with arrays containing values of any type.
I wouldn't vouch for performance in such cases, but to my knowledge, without native Map support, it's impossible to have both correctness and good performance (i.e. time complexity lower than quadratic)

Another attempt at fixing #38. Implementation of
permutationOfis the same as in previous (failed) pull request #40. What's new here is updated tests andMapponyfill for older environments like Node.js 0.10.
