Vendor GitHub's official `gh-stack` agent skill into `.agents/skills/gh-stack/` so agents in this repo know how to create, view, submit, sync, rebase, and merge stacked pull requests with the `gh stack` CLI extension, including the non-interactive flags that keep it from opening a TUI. Installed with the skills.sh CLI (`bunx skills add github/gh-stack`), which records the source and content hash in `skills-lock.json` next to the existing shadcn entry, keeps the canonical copy in `.agents/skills/` for Codex, and symlinks `.claude/skills/gh-stack` for Claude Code per the repo convention. Content is verbatim upstream v0.2.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Vendors GitHub's official
gh-stackagent skill into.agents/skills/gh-stack/, with the.claude/skills/gh-stacksymlink this repo uses to expose skills to Claude Code. Agents working here now know how to create, view, submit, sync, rebase, and merge stacked pull requests with thegh stackCLI extension, including the flags that keep it from opening a TUI under an agent harness. It was installed through the skills.sh CLI so the source and content hash land in
skills-lock.jsonnext to the existing shadcn entry, which is whatbunx skills updateandexperimental_installuse to refresh or restore it. The content is verbatim upstream v0.2.0.This PR is itself layer 3 of stack #155, created with the skill's own workflow (
gh stack checkout 152,gh stack add docs/gh-stack-skill,gh stack submit --auto --open, thengh stack pushafter the amend):Worth a close look:
docs/gh-stack-skillontomainwith basemain, then re-linking the other two withgh stack link 151 152..claude/skillssymlink is load-bearing, not decorative. Claude Code 2.1.292 only scans.claude/skills; a probe skill left in.agents/skills/without a symlink was never discovered, and was picked up on the next tool call once the symlink existed.SKILL.mdplus three references)..agentsis in the.oxfmtrc.jsonignore list, so the pre-commit formatter leaves them alone and the lock hash stays valid.Verified: all four vendored files reviewed for injected instructions or scripts (none; official GitHub content, and skills.sh's Socket and Snyk scans report no alerts),
SKILL.mdresolves through the symlink and appears in Claude Code's skill list,gh stack view --jsonreports three layers with PRs #151, #152, #156, and the commit hook ran lint and format without touching the vendored files.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
