Server names using minecraft color codes are not being properly colored in the app.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any instance
2. Go to the worlds page
3. Edit or add a server and use a color code on text
4. Color code is being displayed as text

Expected behavior

The server name should be colored matching the game's behavior
