Language search box and title overlaps

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)

Describe the bug

The text "Standard languages" does not have the correct padding to the search box, so the text is very close, and when focused overlaps.

Steps to reproduce

1. go to https://modrinth.com/settings/language
2. See very close elements
3. Focus search box
4. See border overlaps with text

Expected behavior

For there to be padding between the elements and they don't overlap.
