A freshly formatted block volume has lost+found at its root, and initdb refuses a non-empty directory, so postgres crash-looped on any install whose storage class hands out such volumes (ceph-block here). New volumes now get PGDATA in a pgdata subdirectory; a database already at the root, from an earlier version of the chart, keeps its place.
…the sweep requests_per_concurrency (default 20) with max_seconds as the cap; clear it for the duration-only test.
