What this PR does and why

Replace the home session card with an inference operations dashboard:

  • Supported model and recipe totals aggregated across every configured catalog; unreadable catalogs keep the totals unknown.
  • Live serving, failed, changing and ready-instance counts over every service, with paginated inventory reads and explicit unreadable states.
  • A 24-hour deployment activity graph beside GPU and node capacity gauges; incomplete legacy history is never presented as a complete zero curve.
  • A troubled-first service preview; compute resources and recent activity sit side by side below the service table. Cluster information and the collapsed current session form the right rail.
  • Wide desktop tracks grow proportionally, and capacity gauges align with the trend panel. A Model Hub shortcut and responsive navigation are included.

ResourceTable gains pagination={false} for bounded previews.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes

No linked issue. This is the dashboard work separated from the copy fix in #53.

How it was tested

  • Rebased onto main at ce4abcf, including the merged fix(swiss): copy through the shared useCopy so the access card works over http #53 HTTP copy fix.
  • npm run typecheck: Console and Swiss standalone configurations pass.
  • npm test: 31 test files, 267 tests pass.
  • npm run build: passes; the existing large-chunk warning remains.
  • Fixed the previous Home layout test failure: the intended layout has five SectionCards plus the service table, not five total surfaces. The test now checks all six named regions occur exactly once, their boxed surfaces, and the collapsed session state.
  • Verified the existing Console preview with its real Console/swissd backend and cluster-backed copy-test fixture: serving=1, ready instances=2/2, cluster and node details load, and the activity panel correctly shows an empty persisted history.
  • Browser screenshots at 2560px, 1440px and 390px confirm the chart renders without page overflow, capacity and trend align on desktop, session sits below cluster information, and resources/activity sit below services (side by side on desktop, stacked on mobile).
  • Regression tests cover the six named regions, wide-screen tracks, final panel ordering, session fallback without inference viewing permission, and session rendering when no overview module is installed.

Checks

  • npm run typecheck && npm test && npm run build in web/
  • Design documentation updated
  • No internal hostnames, IPs, registries or credentials added to source

Notes for reviewers

This is the ModelSphere Console dashboard, not a separate Swiss UI. Awaiting user UI acceptance before merge. The rebase preserves the copy fix already merged in #53.

Release note

The Console home page now shows an inference operations dashboard with capability totals, live service health, deployment activity, capacity gauges and a troubled-first service preview. A Model Hub shortcut is available in the header.

Lead the home overview with capability totals and live service health (serving / failed / changing plus ready instances over every service, not just the visible rows), a 24-hour deployment curve beside capacity gauges, and a troubled-first service preview. Cluster details and recent operations move into a right rail; the session block collapses. Health counts page through every deployment, surface unreadable states instead of guessing, and never fabricate history: capped legacy run logs stay marked incomplete. ResourceTable gains pagination={false} for bounded previews; the model hub keeps a separate top-bar label.
