Summary

• align package, GitHub, README, documentation, and public contact metadata with ecosystem policy
• add canonical agent orientation and issue/repository presentation updates
• build each release candidate once, qualify the exact wheel across supported platforms, and bind PyPI/GitHub artifacts to a digest manifest
• deploy and verify revision-identified documentation before publication

• line coverage 95.96%, branch coverage 89.62%
• ruff, ty, strict MkDocs, README workflows/link checks, pre-commit, and dependency audits passed
