• Fix Toaster dropping the group props it accepts. dir and getRootNode were typed on the component but never
  reached the group machine — the locale and environment contexts always won, and both props were spread onto the region
  element instead. The toast region's aria-label is now settable through a label prop, which is forwarded to
  getGroupProps.
• Fix Tour.Spotlight disappearing immediately when the tour closes, so its exit animation can run.
• Export the missing Tour types, including TourStepsChangeDetails for onStepsChange, and add flat Tour* aliases
  for the step, action, and callback detail types.
• • Initial Focus: initialFocusEl can now return false to open without moving focus. Returning null still uses
    the default.

  • Image Cropper: Add api.setCrop(rect) to place the crop area programmatically, in viewport coordinates. The

  • Pagination: Add api.type and api.getPageUrl(page), so custom parts can tell whether the controls are buttons
    or links and build a page's URL.
  • Carousel: Fix allowMouseDrag advancing a full page per pointer move in Vue.

    intercepting clicks.
  • Progress: Fix the formatter not updating when formatOptions changes to a subset of the previous options.
  • Splitter: Fix slow dragging in large documents.
  • Tabs: Fix programmatic tab selection triggering link navigation.
  • TOC: Fix onActiveChange reporting the previous activeIds and activeItems, which kept a controlled TOC
    stuck on the old section.
  • Tour: Fix the step card, spotlight and backdrop collapsing into the top-left corner when the step's target is
    replaced, and the backdrop leaving part of the page undimmed on resize.

• Fix ./hotkeys and ./interaction entrypoints missing from the published exports map. The build files shipped, but
  the publish config (clean-package) maintains its own exports map and was never updated when the hotkeys and
  interaction primitives were added, so import { useHotkeys } from '@ark-ui/react/hotkeys' failed with
  ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND. Both entrypoints are now included in the published map for every framework.
• Fix issue where the tour backdrop stayed visible after the tour was closed
