--out refusing to overwrite without --force and a write failure exiting 2 instead of 1 are both user-visible breaking changes for anyone scripting this CLI, merged without a CHANGELOG note. Adding them, plus the new --force flag, the pretty-printed-JSON acceptance, and the parse-error sanitization, to the existing 0.3.0 entry rather than opening a new version section, since none of this has been tagged or published yet. Summary
#24 shipped two user-visible breaking CLI changes with no CHANGELOG note:
Anyone scripting `--out` today would hit these on upgrade with no warning. Adding both, plus the new `--force` flag, pretty-printed-JSON acceptance, and the parse-error sanitization, to the existing (still-unreleased) 0.3.0 entry.
Docs-only, no code changes.
