Adds Frame, Update, Tile, Prompt and Color.Item to the component table on the Markdown export page, describing how each now appears in Markdown output.

Markdown export previously dropped Frame captions, Color.Item values, and the descriptions of Update, Tile and Prompt when they had children. These components now have their own Markdown forms that keep that text.

Based on keep Frame, Update, Tile, Prompt and Color.Item text in markdown output, which added those Markdown forms.

Duplicate check: open docs PRs by the author, Ethan Palm and mintlify[bot], plus title searches for Markdown export and component names; the open .md links PR edits a different section of the same page.

Overview
Updates the Markdown export docs so the component reference table covers five components that now have dedicated Markdown serialization: Frame, Update, Tile, Prompt, and Color.Item.

Each new row spells out what agents see in exported Markdown (e.g. captions after frame content, bold labels and descriptions for updates/tiles, prompt description plus body, color names with code values including light/dark variants). This aligns the public docs with behavior introduced in the product change that previously dropped some of that text on export.
