Broken link missed in French changelog entry

The equivalent line in both es/changelog.mdx and zh/changelog.mdx was updated in this PR to remove the link and leave plain text, but this instance in the French changelog was missed. While a redirect exists for the base path, the #conversation-insights anchor will be lost after redirect to the workflows page.
