Translates the changes from PR #3883 (Sunset suggestions) to Spanish, French, and Chinese:

• Updated agent/index.mdx with new "Connect your GitHub account" and "Connect repositories as context" sections, removed Quickstart card from Next steps
• Updated ai-native.mdx to replace suggestion references with workflows, updated CardGroup
• Updated changelog.mdx to remove links to now-deleted pages
• Updated dashboard/audit-logs.mdx to change "Suggestions" category to "Workflows"
• Updated guides/knowledge-base.mdx to update agent links from quickstart to index
• Deleted agent/quickstart.mdx and agent/suggestions.mdx for all three languages
