• Removes broken suggestion links from changelog entries
• Changes "Suggestions" to "Workflows" in audit-logs.mdx category table

Updates the Spanish, French, and Chinese docs to reflect the sunset of “Suggestions” in favor of “Workflows”.

Adds GitHub connection/context sections to agent/index.mdx, replaces “Suggestions” mentions/cards with workflows in ai-native.mdx, renames the audit log category from Suggestions to Workflows, and removes/rewrites changelog links that pointed at the deprecated agent/suggestions anchors. Also retargets knowledge-base references from /agent/quickstart to /agent/index.
