Release 0.10.9. Fixes the macOS app wrongly reporting the recorder unreachable when the daemon is healthy (#229), and surfaces why a launch-time recorder upgrade was skipped (#228).
DMG payload preflight (§3a):
src/agentacctandapps/agentacctchanged since v0.10.8 (#228, #229) → REBUILD the signed+notarized DMG (§3c).
