Adds 400 missing formal entries and 236 explicit source-hierarchy links from one uniform authoritative source (English Wikipedia article lead sentences and category listings (CC BY-SA 4.0, Wikimedia Foundation and contributors, attributed per article and category URL via the MediaWiki API)).
Every node is a code-authored exact quote from a retained immutable capture with a code provenance receipt (code:nemesis-provenance/1). Review is code-only under the owner-approved ["provenance"] role set (PR #109); no adversarial model review is claimed. Deduplicated against all existing labels/aliases/ids and every open PR batch. No existing record is changed.
Validation: native compiler check/apply, validate.py, preservation audit and byte-identical reapplication passed. Discoverable: 4321 -> 4721.
