Summary

Backport all merged PRs from master that are missing from release-0.11:

• add azure blob backend #78: Add the Azure Blob Storage backend to rclone.
• add gcs backend support #79: Add the Google Cloud Storage backend to rclone.

Both commits were cherry-picked with source commit references, without conflicts or modifications. Includes the backend registration tests and dependency changes from the original PRs. The resulting tree matches master at e4da23a.

• git diff --check upstream/release-0.11...HEAD

All checks passed locally with Go 1.26.9.
