Agent session titles sometimes disappear or revert instead of being preserved. This makes it difficult to identify sessions after returning to the sessions list.
Expected: Once a session has a title, it remains persisted and displayed consistently.
Actual: The session title is lost, as shown in the attached screen recording.
Build: 289549a (possibly already fixed in a newer build)
