[Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found at packages.microsoft.com #1

I'm following the instructions from: Install sqlcmd and bcp the SQL Server command-line tools on Linux, but the https://packages.microsoft.com/ got some missing files.

$ curl https://packages.microsoft.com/config/rhel/7/prod.repo | sudo tee /etc/yum.repos.d/msprod.repo
$ sudo yum update
Loaded plugins: priorities, update-motd, upgrade-helper
