Adds a Community → Articles & talks page to the docs site, listing every published article and talk about Scope, plus a teaser section on the landing page.

What's included

  • Content collections: articles and talks in src/content.config.ts, one YAML file per entry under src/content/articles/ and src/content/talks/. Entries are checked against a schema at build time, so a bad URL or a missing field fails the build.
    • Articles have a title, URL, publication, date and authors.
    • Talks have a title, event, event URL, location, date, speakers and an optional YouTube ID.
    • Authors and speakers use the same fields (first name, last name, position) and are rendered by one shared Byline component.
  • Page /community/articles-and-talks/: talks shown as cards with an embedded YouTube video (youtube-nocookie, lazy-loaded), then articles sorted newest first with author bylines.
  • Landing teaser: the latest 3 articles and the newest talk with a video, linking to the full page.
  • Sidebar: a new Community group placed right after Introduction.
  • Data:
    • 14 articles by Waldek Mastykarz, Garry Trinder and Vesa Juvonen. Titles, dates and authors were checked against the published pages.
    • 1 talk: From Findings to Fixes: How SCOPE and Azure Cosmos DB Improved the Agentic Product Experience (Global AI New York, 2026-09-21), by Jay Gordon and Cedric Vidal.
  • Docs: website/AGENTS.md and website/README.md explain how to add entries.

Validation

  • pnpm test passes (7/7).
  • pnpm run build passes, producing 203 pages.
  • The public build (SITE=https://microsoft.github.io BASE_PATH=/scope) passes, and the landing teaser links to /scope/community/articles-and-talks/.
  • Checked the page and the landing teaser visually in a local preview.

Articles and talks are Astro content collections (one YAML per entry,
schema-validated at build) rendered on a new Community page and a
'From the community' landing section.

Articles gain a required authors list (firstName, lastName, position),
taken from each post's author section. The page intro and landing
teaser now describe the content as coming from the community.

Talk speakers now use the same firstName/lastName/position shape as
article authors, rendered by a shared Byline component. Positions come
from the speakers' event profiles.

LGTM but I’d suggest opening the community links in a new tab. These are external resources, and leaving the docs page in the same tab interrupts the reader’s flow while browsing the article/talk list. Using with would be a safer UX pattern here.

Article and event links are external, so open them in a new tab with
rel="noopener noreferrer" and a screen-reader hint. Addresses review
feedback on microsoft#1414.

Thanks Wassim Chegham (@manekinekko), good call. Done in 723e65b: article and event links now open in a new tab with target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer", plus a screen-reader "(opens in a new tab)" hint. The "See all articles & talks" link on the landing page is internal, so it still opens in the same tab.

Bring in the Articles & talks community page (#1414) and the other
changes on main. The homepage keeps the redesigned Home component and
now renders the community teaser between the docs paths and the call to
action. The teaser uses the redesign's section heading and landing
tokens, so it matches the rest of the page in light and dark themes.
