Summary

Upgrades DevProxy sidecar from v2.1.0 to v2.3.4 across all worker deployments and config maps.

Motivation

DevProxy v2.3.4 includes dotnet/dev-proxy#1627 — "Fix HAR entry timestamp to use UTC date time" — which fixes the request timestamping issue reported in #694.

Changes

No breaking changes. Notable additions in intermediate versions:

• v2.2.0: YAML config support, --output json flag, TTY detection, OpenAI Responses API support, detached mode
• v2.3.0: Multiple DevProxy instances when asSystemProxy: false, detach mode improvements
• v2.3.1–v2.3.3: Bug fixes
• v2.3.4: HAR timestamp UTC fix (the target fix)

Testing

• All 81 existing DevProxy client and HAR parser tests pass
• No code changes needed — this is a pure infrastructure version bump
