Documents changes from microsoft/aspire#21831

@author of the source PR

Target branch: Targeting release/17.0 — the latest release branch on microsoft/aspire.dev — because release/17.1 (from the source PR milestone 17.1) does not exist there (target_resolution: latest_release_fallback).

Why: The aspire new template picker now shows the repository and ref (Git) or path (directory) in each template source heading. The docs had no description of this.

Changes (updated page):

  • src/frontend/src/content/docs/reference/cli/commands/aspire-new.mdx: added a "Template source headings" section with the Name (repository @ ref), default branch, and Name (path) formats and examples.

Triggered signals: cli_command_file_changed, pr_body_has_user_facing_section, pr_body_has_cli_flag_mention.
