Adds Membase to the Python community-project catalog under Context providers (alphabetically, before MemorySync). I work on Membase at Unibase, so I'm affiliated with the project this row lists.

The integration is published for the Python SDK: pip install agent-framework-membase (PyPI), source in our MIT repository at https://github.com/unibaseio/membase/tree/main/integrations/agent-framework.
