Python: [Feature]: Compatibility with Connected Namespace

To be able to use the package agent-framework-azurefunctions with the connected Namespace of azure-functions, the packages needs to both target a version of azure-functions>v2. Today agent-framework-azurefunctions target a version of azure-functions<v2

agent-framework-azurefunctions currently supports Python 3.10+, while azure-functions 2.x requires Python 3.13+. Therefore, further investigation may be needed beyond uplifting to >v2.

If this sounds okay, I'd be happy to investigate which specific versions would be possible given existing dependency constraints, then implement the preferred configuration once I've checked with you / the team.
