What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)
Implementing functions to analyze patient inflammation data from multiple csv files. This includes reading raw data, creating a summary function to calculate mean, max, and min inflammation values per patient, and creating a function to identify issues in the data e.g. value of 0 for inflammation
What did you learn from the changes you have made?
How to work with csvs using numpy. My process for using git was also easier this time around
Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?
I use pandas on my own so I would use that but exploring numpy in the course was also efficient
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
I had an indentation error near the end which caused the function to sail so noticing that took a couple tries.
How were these changes tested?
By running the functions to ensure there were 60 values, and the last function on the first dataset, then all datasets
