Welcome to FactCheck! Here are the steps to get the extension working.
- Clone our repo to your local machine.
- run 'npm run dev' in a terminal for this directory.
- In a separate terminal, run 'npm run build'
- Visit "chrome://extensions"
- Turn on developer mode
- Select "Load Unpacked"
- Open the dist folder inside of the factcheck folder.
- Now the extension should be in your task bar. To see it work, pull up a controversial tweet (must be on that tweet's url), and click on the extension!
