This is a proposed change to the CloudShell LCD by mdrjr. - Fixed formatting. - Checks for, and installs missing dependencies if any are found. - Builds deb package on install, cleans up old packages if ran a second time. - Update script to Bash 4.0

Increment the package version as well, not only the date... |

I've updated the cloudshell script to include turning off the cursor, defaulted back to /dev/sda and updated the package release version. |
Fixed automatic network interface detection, will now refresh the internal IP address correctly on reboot, as well as display any changes to the local IP address, if any.
Removed deprecated ifconfig in favor of ip.
This reverts commit 7dfcafa.

Changed default screen refresh and external IP address timings. - Changed External IP address resolution function to directly use DNS rather than external PHP script. - External IP addresses now refresh every 4 hours. - Default screen refresh rate set for 1 second.

Updated layout, formatting, automatic network interface detection, removed UUOC's, updated to Bash 4.0.
