Bumps __version__ to 0.17.1 and moves the Unreleased changelog entries under ## 0.17.1.

Contents: #43 — stops calling APIs that SQLModel and redis-py deprecate, adds the SQLModel-session test coverage that would have caught it, turns deprecations into errors in CI with no suppressions, and refreshes dependencies.

No behaviour change, no schema change. Consumers running warnings-as-errors can drop any ignore they added for this library.

After merge, publishing the GitHub Release v0.17.1 runs the publish workflow, which checks the tag matches __version__ before uploading to PyPI.
