Why

A review of both memory skills found contradictions (the audit claimed capture can't apply the forcing-function; it fact-checked the working tree while Pending used the default branch) and guidance repeated three or four times. The anti-example table and the audit's DROP categories had already drifted apart with nothing keeping them in step.

The reject shapes are now one synced block, cited as D1–D11 so they no longer collide with the audit's criteria letters. Capture loses its research step and quality checklist and prints its checks as one block. The audit picks up fixes from a real run: scoping by history in a separate memories repo, a fallback when nobody can confirm a change, and a link sweep after each DROP.

Stacked on #41.

Test plan

  • Run memory-audit on a scoped set (e.g. last two weeks) → expect rationales citing D-rows and the calibration stop at the end
  • Run a capture → expect one printed check block with Drives first

- Do Not Save rows and DROP categories become one synced, verdict-neutral block (D1-D11)
- Fix contradictions; cut the quality checklist, research step and repeated audit guidance
- Audit fixes from a real run: history scoping, PR fallback, link grep after each DROP
- Stage B no longer claims Checks 1-2 cover Rule 1's relevance clause
- Audit's batch grep uses the default branch, matching C.4; Group B heading matches its intro
- Example verdict cites a D-row; drop the unenforceable C.3 quality line

- DROP is not a failure again frames the audit; exceptions need named evidence, calibration covers heavy UPDATEs
- Consistent usage alone never earns a memory; D3 keeps only rejected alternatives or traps, bare rules go to CLAUDE.md
- Fix leftover contradictions from review: lenient UPDATE intro, Save after Checks 1-3, bare KEEP in A.1
