groups.dependency-type is supported only by bundler, composer, mix, maven, npm and pip, so `dependency-type: development` matched nothing on the uv ecosystem and every dependency would have opened its own PR. Group by pattern instead, which is ecosystem-agnostic. Add the pre-commit ecosystem: the six `rev:` pins in .pre-commit-config.yaml each fetch and execute third-party code locally and in CI, and nothing else moves them. Set a 7-day cooldown on all three ecosystems (plus 14 days for uv major bumps) so a freshly published release is not adopted on the day it lands. default-days is the only cooldown key github-actions and pre-commit support.
