Bump
rivercrossing.__version__to 1.1.0 and add the CHANGELOG section for the release: the R-17 pooled live rider move, the whole-hand podium, and the schema-v3 audit fix (PR #73). Taggingv1.1.0on master runs the tag-driven release job.
