Drop the Claude Code plugin manifests (.claude-plugin/). The feelc-rules skill installs with `npx skills add maxgfr/feelc` on every agent; since that does not configure MCP, the README and docs/mcp.md give the per-agent registration of `feelc mcp` (claude/codex/opencode mcp add, OpenCode mcp.servers JSON, or `feelc mcp install`). The repo-root .mcp.json stays for working in the repo. ADR 0028 records the change and marks ADR 0027's plugin channel superseded (ADRs are append-only). chore rather than feat: no binary, npm or skill content changes, so a release would ship nothing new; the plugin installed from the repo, not from a release. The README carries the uninstall line for old plugin users.
