Redo of German translation - to merge my cefxp branch into main

This PR should be closed without being merged. We both need to clean up our repos before proceeding. In particular, dot files should not be in the repo by accident, .gitignore for example. I have a very simple .gitignore file:

.*
*.zip
build.xml

It should prevent all dot files from being uploaded. But I don't always remember to copy it into a new repo.

I can close it but I thought it best to leave it to you so you see this message and we practice the workflow.

Also, I added 256 new md files to my cefxp branch without remembering they would be added to the pull request. I need more practice!

Should it be that just .vscode should not be in your repo? Everything else is fine.

@ceford I would like to keep this PR open. It can be used to demonstrate a lot. Even I don't know all the intricacies of this process yet. So we can all learn how to avoid mistakes later.
