- Add a reproducible UTC solar curve and a configurable station solar peak. - Include the Alembic migration and tests for simulation, persistence, and API.
- Process CHARGING sessions by station using an injected power resolver - Persist solar and energy readings in a single transaction - Update session accumulators and enforce energy limits - Prevent duplicate readings for the same station or session and timestamp - Add tests for rollback, idempotency, and logging
- Add ADMIN-only status, start, stop, reset and manual tick endpoints. - Cover authentication, lifecycle, readings and OpenAPI with API tests. - Document Phase 3 behavior and the pending PostgreSQL validation.
- Declare enum check constraints explicitly in the SQLAlchemy models so Alembic recognizes the constraints already created by migrations. - Update Phase 3 documentation with the PostgreSQL validation results.
