MDev.Dotnet needs current, reusable guidance for coding agents without duplicating package documentation. CI must detect drift and publish a version-aligned skill.

Changes

  • Generation

    • Adds deterministic SKILL.md generation from authoritative docs/ sources.
    • Covers all supported packages, configuration, security, identity, IaC, observability, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Validation

    • Checks package coverage, headings, links, code fences, unresolved placeholders, and credential-like content.
    • Fails CI when committed output differs from regenerated content.
  • Distribution

    • Publishes mdev-dotnet-skill-<version> as a CI artifact.
    • Keeps SKILL.md available at a stable repository path.
  • Contributor workflow

    • Documents how package and configuration changes flow into the generated skill.
