Owner-ruled 2026-09-05: bitpacked tables are a feature, the message form's bitpacked body, message form only ("That's where it should be used. This is the idea that should help us defeat protobufs in size."). One row added to the table-wire section beside the message form's, ❌ in every column until #557 lands in C++; the totals move to 300 of 1160 and C++ at 25 of 30 on the table wire. Same row posted on #366.
