synix plan as workaround.
Added a section on known limitations of Synix, detailing its retrospective provenance tracking and the need for re-running `synix plan` for forward-looking questions.

Hey @marklubin — coming back to this after a while! The README got a nice rework in the meantime so the original patch didn't apply cleanly anymore. I rebased it and dropped the "Known Limitations" section just before the ## Where Synix fits table, where it felt like it would actually be read by someone evaluating Synix. Let me know if you'd prefer it somewhere else (e.g. closer to the docs section), happy to move it. |
