Remove legacy workstation setup

Summary

• remove the obsolete OpenCode workflow and Claude-specific repository guide
• remove the nexus-unbound Hyprland profile and host-specific Stow deployment path
• update documentation and Stow ignores to describe only portable base packages

Why

PR #22 narrowed this repository to frequently used packages and portable application dotfiles, but it retained unrelated files from the previous workstation-oriented layout. Those files and the stow.sh host interface no longer belong in the repository.

Impact

The normal stow.sh base and package bootstrap workflows are unchanged. The legacy stow.sh host command is removed.

Validation

• ./scripts/check.sh
• fresh temporary-home Stow deployment followed by an idempotent second deployment
• negative check confirming stow.sh host is no longer accepted
• legacy-reference scan

Overview
Finishes narrowing the repo to portable base dotfiles by deleting workstation-only pieces left after PR #22.

Removed: the GitHub OpenCode workflow (comment-triggered /oc), root CLAUDE.md, and the entire hosts/nexus-unbound tree (Hyprland configs plus its README). stow.sh no longer implements host [hostname]—only base and list remain.

Docs / tooling: README.md and scripts/README.md no longer describe host-specific Stow; .stow-global-ignore drops the CLAUDE.md ignore entry.
