Hi, I'm Marion 👋

I work in SEO and GEO (getting brands cited inside AI answers), and I build my own tools to do it.

I'm not a developer by training. I was a high-level athlete, then spent two years in the French Army, then moved into sales and marketing: a startup first, then Apple France recruited me. After that I started my own companies, and started moving: three years in Australia 🇦🇺 where I learned English, then Japan 🇯🇵, Switzerland 🇨🇭, Portugal 🇵🇹 and the US 🇺🇸. Somewhere along the way I fell for SEO, then GEO, and now for everything you can actually build once you stop waiting for someone else to build it.

What I like is not the demo: it's the thing that actually runs in production, with real users and real money going through it.

📍 Moving to Montreal in September 2026.

🔭 What I'm building

All of it over a few months, self-taught, with AI as my pair.

IAmètre : measures how visible a brand is inside AI answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). Weekly automated collection, sampling with a 95% fluctuation margin, and a rule I care about: a move that stays inside the margin is not a move. Code and method are open.

Smart BPJEPS, the company I've been running for four years. It helps people prepare France's national sports-coaching diploma, a regulated qualification with a real exam to pass. In July 2026 I replaced the platforms I was renting with SmartRoom, a SaaS I built myself: 1,000+ students, revision content and training programs, payments, automated emails, and a gamification layer (XP, streaks, rewards) that also drives cross-selling. Its admin console is not a CRM: it crosses Search Console and GA4 data with in-product behaviour (how far students get in each sheet, where they stall, how they score on tests) to decide what to fix next. Next.js, Supabase, Stripe.

Its content site, which I migrated to WordPress: custom child theme, redirect plan, full page-parity check, without losing a single ranking. It doubles as my own SEO lab.

Before all this: Rooride, a carpooling app in Australia I co-founded. 5,000+ users, all acquired organically, zero paid, and a multilingual blog that brought 1M+ search impressions. That's where I learned that acquisition is a product problem, not a marketing one.

🧰 What I work with

Python · TypeScript · Next.js / React · SQL · GitHub Actions · Claude Code · Git

And the SEO side: Search Console · GA4 · Screaming Frog · Schema.org / JSON-LD · DataForSEO

👨‍👧 A personal note

My dad was a computer scientist, always tinkering on a machine without ever being a developer. Building things now feels like going back to my childhood. That's what makes me open the laptop every day.

🤝 Say hi

I'm always up for connecting with new people and trading what we know: AI, building with AI, search, SEO, GEO, and the projects that come out of all that. I learn as much from a good conversation as from a repo.

The easiest way to reach me is LinkedIn, come say hi 👋
