Fixes #14. Adds missing-only source-owned support repair with dry-run and transitive document dependencies, preserving existing runtime files. Tests: three focused regression tests; qa-proof-stack-strict-contract.sh. Live repair: 50 missing support files restored, including QA reference and native core authority; second plan is empty. No bootstrap or other runtime policy sync.
