This PR fixes the JetBrains Toolbox installation process by updating to the latest version (3.2.0.65851) and changing the installation method from manually copying the binary to executing it, allowing JetBrains' built-in installation process to run properly.
- Updated JetBrains Toolbox version from 1.28.1.15219 to 3.2.0.65851
- Changed installation approach from copying binary to
~/.local/bin/to executing the installer as a background process - Added user-facing message to complete setup through the application interface
