Revert README to the image-rich, full product overview version

The README had been replaced with a condensed audit-style document, removing the richer visual walkthrough and expanded product narrative. This change restores the previous README variant that includes screenshots and fuller platform context.

• Scope

  • Replaced README.md content with the prior detailed version (commit lineage: c0b8e2c).
  • No source code, configuration, or runtime behavior changes.

• Restored documentation content

  • Reintroduced the screenshot-heavy “See It In Action” section.
  • Restored expanded feature/capability descriptions and richer product positioning text.
  • Brought back the more complete quickstart/demo-oriented presentation.

• Change shape

  • Single-file rollback (README.md) to a previously known-good documentation state.
