How to prepare the ground truth file and absolute position file required for the accuracy judgment of the final single-cell CNV index? In the breast cancer data set, I only see labels for whether a single cell is a normal cell or a cancer cell. What should I do if the ground truth file and absolute position file are required for several indicators of CNV at the end?
