ca6c1dcb7af9aca40840215ae4fe81c88bf6900afrom source Draft PR #59 against its original, pinned main baseline188751e535ee2250cb93ca01a9b2c753544ac466. The original PR is now in conflict with current main after other merges, so an ordinary PR check is not appearing. This does not test a resolved integration with current main; it only verifies the branch's own code and corrected test fixture. Run hosted Windows lint, typecheck, Vitest, build and package smoke. DO NOT MERGE. Once results are recorded back on the source PR, close this temporary verifier unmerged. No changes to user Windows/ADB/VPN.
